Ordering Conditions
Orders placed through "latangerine.com" are treated as irrevocable by LA TANGERINE D.O.O. In case of an error, the customer can cancel the order without additional costs from the time of order issuance until receiving the electronic notification that the order is being processed. After receiving notification that the order is completed, cancellation is not possible. Orders are monitored via the online interface.
Right to Withdraw from Purchase, Goods Return
The customer must inform the provider in writing of the intended return no later than 14 days from the receipt of goods, by contacting the email address info@latangerine.com, and return the goods within the next 30 days. The customer is obliged to bear the costs associated with the return of the purchase item. In case of mechanical damages not caused by inappropriate handling by the customer, complaints are considered. All other potential discrepancies or complaints are carefully resolved in cooperation with the customer, in the best possible way for them.
Ordering Process!
Order is placed: After placing an order, the customer receives a notification by email that the order is being processed. The customer has access to information about the status and content of the order on the provider's website. The provider may call the customer on their contact telephone number for verification of details or to ensure accuracy of delivery.
Order is being processed: In case of payment by proforma invoice, your order will be held until your payment is visible in our transaction account.
Order is completed: The provider dispatches the order and notifies the customer by email that the order is completed. The contract for the purchase of ordered items between the customer and the provider is irrevocably concluded at this stage.
Delivery Methods, Delivery Times!
Delivery of ordered goods is performed by the company Pošta Slovenije d.o.o. Delivery of goods is limited to the territory of the country of Slovenia. In no case is the online store responsible for exceeding the delivery time. Delivery is made to your address specified at registration or order. In case you are not home at the time of delivery, a notice is left. The package pickup period at the post office is 15 working days. Orders are dispatched within 2-7 working days. If this is not possible, the customer is notified by phone (if available) or by email. "Poste restante" is a method of sending shipments to any Slovenian Post office. The recipient chooses any Slovenian post office, but the exact number of the post office branch must be written (1000 Ljubljana is NOT sufficient). Instead of the address (street, road, and house number), "Poste restante" is written on the shipment. Like home delivery, the travel time of the shipment is up to 3 days. The recipient does not receive any notice at home about the waiting shipment. The shipment at the selected post office waits for pickup for 15 days.
Shipping costs: 4.50€ (except if you choose payment by proforma invoice - in this case, shipping is 3.00€). When paying upon delivery, the customer pays Slovenian Post a money transfer commission, which amounts to 1.05€ for orders up to 96.00€. For larger orders, the commission is 1% of the purchase amount. Payment of the commission to Slovenian Post can be avoided if the purchase price is paid by proforma invoice or PayPal.
Order Rejection
LA TANGERINE D.O.O. can reject an order, up until the issuance of the notification that the order is confirmed, if it finds that it cannot execute the order under the specified conditions.
Payment Terms
Payment is possible:
• Cash on delivery
• Payment by proforma invoice
The provider issues an invoice to the customer on a permanent medium, with itemized costs and instructions on how to withdraw from the purchase and return the products if necessary and possible. The sales contract (order) is stored in electronic form on the provider's server and is accessible to the customer at any time in their user profile (My Account).
Prices
All prices in the online store include VAT (22% and 9.5% for dietary supplements) since the company is a VAT payer. Prices are valid at the moment of placing the order and do not have a predetermined validity. Prices apply in the case of payment with the above-mentioned payment methods, under the above-mentioned conditions. The sales contract between the provider and the customer is concluded at the moment the provider confirms the order (the customer receives an electronic message about the status "Confirmed"). From this moment, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the provider and the customer.
Return or Exchange of Goods
Already purchased goods can be sent back by the customer under the condition that the goods are undamaged and unused, and they will be exchanged for other goods. In case of a difference in the value of goods - the difference is refunded (if the value of the goods is lower than originally ordered) or a supplementary payment is required (if the value of the exchanged goods is higher than originally ordered).
The cost of resending for other goods is borne by the customer!
The customer has the right to inform the company within 14 days that they withdraw from the contract, and the products must then be returned within 30 days from the notification of withdrawal from the contract. Returning goods within the withdrawal period is considered a message of withdrawal from the contract. The customer is obliged to bear the costs associated with the return of the purchase item. The customer must inform us in writing of the intended return, specifically at the contact email address info@latangerine.com, and return it within 30 days from the date of purchase or notification of withdrawal from the contract. Articles must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in original packaging. A copy of the invoice that the customer receives attached with the delivered goods must be included.
